The Heights in Carmel Valley was built by Pardee and is one of the original and largest developments in the heart of Carmel Valley. The Heights consists of 500 detached homes that were built beginning in 1983. All the homes are 3 to 5 bedrooms and have 2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms. The size of the homes range from 2,128 to 3,139 square feet. These traditional tract homes are on larger lots than most newer developments and feature vaulted ceilings, family rooms, fireplaces and several models have 3 car garages. Many of the homes have been remodeled over the years.
