Ridge Del Mar development consists of 12 turn key custom homes on 1 to 6 acre home sites. The first phase of construction of 4 homes was completed and sold in August 2002. Phase 2 consisted of 5 homes, which were all pre-sold and completed in July of 2004. The final phase of 3 homes were all pre-sold and completed in January 2005. Homes sizes ranged from 5,138 to 6,380 sq. ft. Some home sites included a detached guest house.
