San Remo is an older development in Carmel Valley that features smaller homes in tight-knit communities close to Torrey Pines High School and the Del Mar Highlands shopping center.  San Remo development consists of 168 detached homes that were built in 1987. All the homes are 3 to 4 bedrooms and have 2 to 3 bathrooms. The size of the homes range from 1,360 to 2,259 square feet.  San Remo is considered a more affordable alternative to the larger sized homes in Carmel Valley.
